JOINT MEETING with TOKYO CHAPTER

This meeting opened on Sunday, February 16 and continued through Sunday, February 23, 2003. There is no archive of the discusssion, but during the meeting our current year budget was presented for its third reading and a vote. It was approved with a vote of 10-0. Review the budget here.
